본 약관은 Tiger Room(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 Fangeul 애플리케이션(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
"서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 한글 변환, 발음 안내, K-pop 팬 문구 등 모바일 애플리케이션 기능 일체를 의미합니다.
"이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
"유료 서비스"란 테마 커스터마이징 등 인앱 구매(IAP)를 통해 이용할 수 있는 추가 기능을 의미합니다.
1. 본 약관은 서비스 내 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 7일 전 서비스 내 공지합니다.
3. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

2. 유료 서비스는 일회성 구매이며, 구매 완료 후 영구적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 결제 취소 및 환불은 Google Play 스토어의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.
4. 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상, 서비스 이용이 시작된 이후에는 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:
1. 서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 디자인, 코드 등)에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
2. 이용자가 서비스를 통해 접하는 K-pop 관련 콘텐츠는 교육·팬활동 목적의 일반적 표현이며, 특정 아티스트·기획사의 공식 콘텐츠가 아닙니다.
1. 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중지 등 불가항력적인 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
2. 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 한글 변환 및 발음 결과는 참고 목적으로 제공되며, 100% 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
1. 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다.
2. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 양 당사자는 원만한 해결을 위해 성실히 협의합니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Tiger Room ("Company") and users regarding the use of the Fangeul application ("Service").
"Service" refers to all features provided by the mobile application, including Hangul conversion, pronunciation guides, K-pop fan phrases, and related functions.
"User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
"Paid Service" refers to additional features available through in-app purchases (IAP), such as theme customization.
1. These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or communicated to users by other means.
2. The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and will provide 7 days' notice within the Service before changes take effect.
3. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may stop using the Service and delete the application.

2. The Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to business or technical reasons.

2. Paid services are one-time purchases and can be used permanently after purchase.
3. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Google Play Store's refund policy.
4. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be limited after the service has been used.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
1. All intellectual property rights in the Service content (text, design, code, etc.) belong to the Company.
2. K-pop related content accessible through the Service consists of general expressions for educational and fan activity purposes, and is not official content from specific artists or agencies.
1. The Company is exempt from liability when Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions.
2. The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by user's own fault.
3. Hangul conversion and pronunciation results are provided for reference purposes and do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
1. Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In case of disputes arising from Service use, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution.
